Becoming a Member

Thank you for your interest in joining the Marine Aquarium Society of Kitchener!

Our club serves not only Kitchener but most of the areas west of the Greater Toronto Area. We have members from Guelph, Burlington, London, Cambridge, and of course Kitchener-Waterloo.  All potential members are welcome to join us for one or two meetings to determine if our club is something you feel you can benefit from.  We currently enjoy a non-formal, friendly get-together approach with an open forum for members to ask each other or the group for information and advice.  By joining us for one of our meetings you will be able to experience the friendly open environment which we foster.  Membership dues are $25/year for an individual or family membership.

Membership Benefits:

· Entitlement to attend all monthly meetings (Third Thursday of every month, except July and August).

· Entitlement to borrow books from our physical library.

· Access to the private forums for MASK members only.

· First dibs on used equipment/frags from fellow members (while we ask that members offer first opportunities to other MASK members, this is not a membership requirement).

· Discounts at participating retail and mail order establishments (our executives are always actively seeking and finding deals offered exclusively to our membership).

· A wealth of experience and positive-minded fellow marine aquarists who are always willing to help.

· Social interaction with like-minded Marine Aquarium enthusiasts.
